Question: Is this what is happening in America?
We know Dick Lamm as the former Governor of Colorado. In that context his thoughts are particularly poignant. Last week there was an immigration overpopulation conference in Washington , DC , filled to capacity by many of America ‘s finest minds and leaders. A brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Hansen Davis talked about his latest book, “Mexifornia,” explaining how immigration – both legal and illegal was destroying the entire state of California . He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America . The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United States . He said, “If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let’s destroy America . It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that ‘An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.’”

“Here is how they do it,” Lamm said: “FIRST, to destroy America , turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country.” History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset, put it this way: “The histories of bilingual and bi-cultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.” Canada , Belgium , Malaysia , and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, and Corsicans.”.

Lamm went on: SECOND, to destroy America , “Invent ‘multiculturalism’ and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal. That there are no cultural differences. Make it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds.

THIRD, “We could make the United States an ‘Hispanic Quebec’ without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: “The apparent success of our own multiethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentricity and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.”

Lamm said, “I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities.”

“FOURTH, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% dropout rate from high school.”

“My FIFTH point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of ‘Victimology.’ I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority population.”

“My SIXTH plan for America ‘s downfall would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other – that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common Language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games. A common enemy, Persia , threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. “E. Pluribus Unum” –From many, one. In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the ‘plu

Question: What do you think of this Plot?
I am a developing a Historical Fiction Novel and I want to know what you think of my plot so far. The setting spans the Civil War and centers around Abraham Lincoln. I plan not to tell the story of the Civil War in the straight-forward historical way.

“Since its formation, the United States of America has kept an illusive secret from the world, and the only one who knew of this was the President himself. But when a past evil comes to haunt America, this secret is left to Martin Van Buren alone. Two Decades later, Abraham Lincoln becomes President at a time of great peril. He stumbles upon a secret long forgotten. Lincoln must then choose whether to utilize this secret to save the country from total separation or risk its ruin to prevent the return of an evil from the past.”

I also have though of some titles but I am unsure which one is better:
“The Executive Secret”
“The Blood of Our Fathers”
“What our Fathers Did Not Tell You”

So what do you think?

Answer:

Sounds intriguing, and I usually despise historical fiction! I really like the title “The Blood of Our Fathers”, though from the synopsis so far, “The Executive Secret” sounds more appropriate. Keep working at this, it sounds fabulous!

Question: As a Democrat, I primarily vote this way due to social values, would it be possible to unite America based on?
common values that we shouldn’t have the government involved in our personal lives, whether it is the questions of “Should gays be allowed to marry?” “Should we imprison people for doing drugs?” and possibly the most contentious (and thus phrased this way) “We all agree that abortions are horrible, but are inavoidable, and if legal, will minimize harm to both the mother and child”… these seem to be the most divisive issues in society today, and leave us fighting while being exploited by larger powers, whether it be corrupt politicians or big corporations.. can we honestly not unite against the real dangers to our prosperity based on these social issues? I can’t imagine Americans are so horribly divided on these issues so as to be easy prey for the larger “quality of life” issues.
Okay, I don’t necessarily advocate that everyone follow my proposals… was trying to come to a moderate middle.. but my point is, are these social issues really so black and white that we need to fight each other instead of looking at the real threats to America?

Question: How’s this for Obama speaking to school children?
UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization received it’s official blessing in 1947.

In regards to young school children, UNESCO’S Director General appointed Julian Huxley, an atheistic philosopher & member of the British Fabian Society stated “….those qualities of citizenship which provide the foundation upon which international government must be based if it is to succeed said in Volume V. In the classroom with children 13 years of age the following:
(read carefully – it is quoted verbatim:

Before the child enters school his mind has already been profoundly marked and often injuriously by influencess …first gained, however dimly, in the home. On page 9 the teacher is told:

The kindergarten or infant school has a significant part to pay in the child’s education. Not only can it correct many of the errors of home training but it can also prepare the child for membership, at about age seven, in a group of his own age and habits – the first of many such social identifications that must be achieved on his way to membership in the world society.

It is frequently the family that infects the child with extreme nationalism. The school should therefore use the means described earlier to combat family attitudes”.

Obama is simply a pawn in following the agenda toward the one-world government by destroying family values in a most subtle way”.

The U.S. as a soverign Country is gravely at stake. We must wake up and wise up!

Question: How would you like to be a gay soldier risking your life in Iraq and hear this?
Gen. Pace calls homosexuality immoral

Associated Press

WASHINGTON – The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said Monday he considers homosexuality to be immoral and the military should not condone it by allowing gay personnel to serve openly, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Marine Gen. Peter Pace likened homosexuality to adultery, which he said was also immoral, the newspaper reported on its Web site.

“I do not believe the United States is well served by a policy that says it is OK to be immoral in any way,” Pace told the newspaper in a wide-ranging interview.

Pace, a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and a 1967 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, said he based his views on his upbringing…

You are seriously under the impression that heterosexual men “don’t brag about what goes on in the bedroom?” Have you EVER BEEN ON THE WEB, dear? Who do you think is making all the porn? Question: Some of the Muslims in the United States do this, and why ?
They try and take friends with the kuffar and live their comfortable lives and sometimes even side with the kuffar rather than their Muslim brothers and sisters in Islam.

Read the Ayats and Surahs :
O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust. (Quran 5:51)

God forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for God loveth those who are just. (Quran 60:8)

O ye who believe! take not for friends and protectors those who take your religion for a mockery or sport,- whether among those who received the Scripture before you, or among those who reject Faith; but fear ye God, if ye have faith (indeed). (Quran 5:57)

Surah Al-Mumtahana [60] Ayah 1

O ye who believe! Choose not My enemy and your enemy for friends. Do ye give them friendship when they disbelieve in that truth which hath come unto you, driving out the messenger and you because ye believe in Allah, your Lord? If ye have come forth to strive in My way and seeking My good pleasure, (show them not friendship). Do ye show friendship unto them in secret, when I am best Aware of what ye hide and what ye proclaim? And whosoever doeth it among you, he verily hath strayed from the right way.

“And the leaders among them went about (saying): “Go on, and remain constant to your gods! Verily, this is a thing designed (against you)! We have not heard (the like) of this in the religion of these later days (i.e. Christianity). This is nothing but an invention!” [Surah Saad : Verse 6-7]

Question: Your opinion on this Costa Mesa residents urged to “evacuate the city”?
More immigrant rights’ organizations are publicly condemning Costa Mesa’s self-designation as a “Rule of Law City,” with one group calling on residents to evacuate the city.

Zeke Hernandez, president of the Santa Ana League of United Latin American Citizens Council #147, said the resolution that city leaders approved Tuesday sends a message that its Latino immigrant population is not welcome in the city.

“I would guess that in terms of being undesirable, it can go two ways,” Hernandez said Wednesday. “If the mayor decides they don’t want the undesirables within the city limits, then people in Costa Mesa can also make a statement that the City of Costa Mesa is an undesirable place to live.”

“When I say evacuate, certainly you should leave before the mayor sends his troops out,” he added. “Because he has been very upfront that you are not welcome in the city of Costa Mesa.”

The City Council passed the resolution Tuesday night, at the behest of Mayor Allan Mansoor, declaring the city as one that does not condone illegal immigration. Mansoor, a vocal opponent of illegal immigration, said the action will lead to future proposals cracking down on illegal immigrants in the city.

Mansoor said the city needs to do more to tackle the issue, including taking a look at whether police officers can do more to check immigration statuses of unlicensed drivers. In past years, the city has targeted day laborers and pushed for its police officers to enforce federal immigration laws.

He added that he was tired of the name-calling by opponents, including those who called him a racist, and those who believe that only federal government officials should deal with the issue.

The Anti-Defamation League of California and American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California have also condemned Mansoor’s proposals, which they say will divide the community and promote hatred.

In a statement, Angelica Salas, executive director of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, said, “The cancer of intolerance that has afflicted Arizona with the passage of SB1070 has now metastasized to the City of Costa Mesa. By declaring itself a “Rule of Law City,” Costa Mesa has voted to make life a living hell for immigrants and their families.”
