Question: Some of the Muslims in the United States do this, and why ?
They try and take friends with the kuffar and live their comfortable lives and sometimes even side with the kuffar rather than their Muslim brothers and sisters in Islam.

O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust. (Quran 5:51)

O ye who believe! take not for friends and protectors those who take your religion for a mockery or sport,- whether among those who received the Scripture before you, or among those who reject Faith; but fear ye God, if ye have faith (indeed). (Quran 5:57)

O ye who believe! Choose not My enemy and your enemy for friends. Do ye give them friendship when they disbelieve in that truth which hath come unto you, driving out the messenger and you because ye believe in Allah, your Lord? Do ye show friendship unto them in secret, when I am best Aware of what ye hide and what ye proclaim? And whosoever doeth it among you, he verily hath strayed from the right way.
“And the leaders among them went about (saying): “Go on, and remain constant to your gods! Verily, this is a thing designed (against you)! We have not heard (the like) of this in the religion of these later days (i.e. Christianity). This is nothing but an invention!” [Surah Saad : Verse 6-7]

I live in Roanoke and you might want to start by going to www.roanoke.com because they put up info about events around town. I would also say to go to places like Blue 5 and Awful Arthur’s to hobnob and meet people.
Question: What were some of the less known ways the United States/allies were able to win world war 2?
I have to write a paper on World War 2 and this is one of the questions that has to be answered within it. I am having some trouble with this question. I can’t find anything on the internet about “the less known ways”. Any help/links to websites would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think the YMCA used to be with the YWCA for women but not the YMCA is not just for males.
